Led the Creative and Production Department of copywriters, art directors, designers, video editors, producers, and project managers, overseeing all creative output across all agency clients. I grew the creative and production team from four to 12 employees, established a strong bench of freelance creative and production talent, and introduced new tools and processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the creative team.
Under my leadership, the creative team won multiple creative awards and gained increased recognition in the industry. Our 2022 Fallon Health Brand Campaign was an Emmy winner for Outstanding Commercial. The team has been recognized with Hatch Awards, Hermes Awards, Lamplighter Awards, MarCom awards and more. Our 988 Crisis Helpline campaign has driven an increase in calls and brand awareness. Our youth gambling prevention campaign delivered over 18,000 sessions on our youth and parents website. And our Massachusetts Tourism 2022 campaign drove an increase of $101 million in direct spending in Massachusetts.
