Upstream USA / Only You Know You

When looking to find contraception, many patients feel judged or pressured by their provider’s biases. But only you know you, and only you understand your unique needs.

Upstream USA is a nonprofit that helps patients find better contraceptive care. This campaign celebrates individuality and reminds everyone that contraception isn’t one-size-fits-all. The campaign landing page offered advice for talking openly with providers. This campaign ran across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, transit, and out-of-home placements.

The campaign delivered over 37,000 sessions to the landing page, where people can find an Upstream-trained provider, suggesting that our message resonates – and proving the demand for contraceptive care that puts the patient’s needs and preferences first.
