EdAssist by Bright Horizons / Someday Starts Now
EdAssist by Bright Horizons is a workforce education benefit that empowers working adults to achieve their goals with student loan assistance, personalized coaching, and education benefits. The problem? Many workers who have this benefit don’t know they have it and don’t know how to use it.
Our creative team needed to help employees understand what EdAssist offers and break down barriers to using it, like time, money, and confidence.
We did so with a two-pronged effort: Tactical “explainer” content that clearly explained what the benefit does and how to access it, plus an emotionally resonant awareness-driving campaign that targeted employees via social channels, reminding them that the success they long for is closer than they think.
